Yami Toperzer, a massage therapist and yoga instructor specializes in deep tissue work, relaxation, and cupping. She requested a logo and a business card design, giving me full freedom for design direction.
I asked her to create a mood board to help me understand the aesthetics she was drawn to. From her collection, I noticed a recurring love for butterflies, warm colors, and nature. Inspired by these elements, I began brainstorming ideas for a memorable logo.
When I saw the butterflies in her mood board, I immediately started visualizing shadow puppet hands. I thought incorporating hands in the logo would relate to her massage business perfectly.
Images I found on Google and Pinterest helped inspire me, and it became my goal to create a sophisticated, clean version of this this idea.
